Thanks for the suggestions, and the reply is always fast, but I think you need to stop blaming settings on the device, none of the above ever works, and has no effect. This is a system, hardware or software fault, needs to fixed by a firmware update or recalls. You wouldn't get this on Sony or Samsung devices etc.Hi,

Reset the device to factory settings to return it to its default state.
In Settings on the official app, find the "IR Passthrough" option and make sure it's turned off.
Also, set the system beep volume to the lowest setting.

The Skywave series is a good bit of kit and a massive improvement on the old stuff which was poor so hopefully a software update etc and fix this
