Hi wondered if anyone else has experienced their subwoofer losing connection after being switched off over night, most mornings I have to disconnect power from the sound bar for a few seconds to get the subwoofer reconnected

Hello! The situation you describe (requiring a reboot the next day to reconnect after shutting down overnight) occasionally occurs with wireless audio devices and is typically related to the wireless handshake protocol or standby wake-up logic between the devices.

Please try the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Simple manual reset and re-pairing:
Disconnect the soundbar and subwoofer and wait for one minute.
First, power on the subwoofer and wait for its indicator light to stabilize (usually solid or blinking slowly).
Then power on the soundbar. After the system boots up, they will automatically attempt to re-pair. Please patiently wait 2-3 minutes to see if a stable connection is established.

2. Check for wireless signal interference:
Make sure there are no large metal objects blocking the subwoofer and soundbar.
Temporarily move other wireless devices, such as routers, microwave ovens, and cordless phones, away from the system to eliminate signal interference on the 2.4GHz band.

3. Adjust power management settings:
If you don't frequently shut down completely, you can try disabling "Auto Standby" or "Energy Saving Mode" in the soundbar settings (see the manual for the specific names) and leaving the device in standby mode for extended periods to see if this resolves the issue.

4. If none of the above steps resolve the issue:
