HI purchased a nova s50 soundbar, I learned after purchase that it does not have a dedicated app, and I discovered that the equalizer is not editable, I would like to have the ability to customize it.

I just bought a poseidon d50 to replace my system in my bedroom, do you guys regularly update the app for all systems?

Thank you so much for your support and for choosing the Poseidon D50! 🙌
Yes, we do regularly update the firmware for all our systems to improve performance and add new features. Please stay tuned to our official announcements in the app or on our community for any update notifications. 😊

So I was impressed enough with the d50 that i felt comfortable spending more and bought a d80, and so far, Its shockingly good for the money. (I plan on using the d50 as a mobile sound system, when camping/bbqs/movie nights where i set up my projector) i probably should have done a little more research, as i love bass-y systems, and didnt recognize the difference between the d80, and the d80boom, in time, but this is still quite good.

The only option i wish it had that it doesnt seem to, is to make it possible to play the dialogue, or even all the audio, through just the rear surround sound speakers. The audio is already beautifully clear in the night setting, but being able to isolate the sound to the speakers nearest to someone would be amazing.

Its probably asking too much, but Is there any chance that could be added through an update?

“Overall, the idea is interesting but challenging to implement properly. Rear speakers are designed for ambient effects, not for primary dialogue. Redirecting voices there could reduce the clarity of speech or break the sound experience intended by the audio mixer. However, a ‘rear night mode’ as an optional feature could have potential—especially for users with specific needs.”

If you need a more technical version or one adapted to send to a manufacturer or support team, I can refine it further. 🤔
