I have a S50 and received it on Friday and everything was working great and then on Saturday it went dead. Talked to ULTIMEA customer support and they said they would replace it but they wouldn’t replace it until I sent the other one back (no problem there). They were supposed to send me a shipping label but I have not heard anything back in 4 days now. Anybody else have any luck with return process?
