I am on the way of ordering a D80 and thinking about the refurbished products offered in the store, and I would like to know what kind of products they are.
In my area, stores often have products called "B-Ware", which means products that already have been at a customer and sent back for various reason. In best case they are just opened once and sent back immediately because it wasn't what the customer expected.
Is this also the case for refurbished products from Ultimea, meaning it is possible that I get a totally new product that was just unpacked once, or are all refurbished products ones that had a technical defect and got repaired? (Both would be ok for me, I just want to know.)
My reasoning for refurbished products would be beside the financial aspect the ecological reasons, as it would help reducing waste.
And have refurbished products the same warranty conditions as new ones or is there any difference?
