I consider Ultimea a brand with excellent value for money. For now, I have only had positive experiences from the brand. I recommend it to those who want a good product without spending a lot of money, I find that it also offers a considerable number of interesting options. The only flaw I find is the quality of the remote control, which is very cheap, and that is a pity because it is the product that is most often held in your hand!
To improve the community, as well as events and tests, it might be interesting to show behind-the-scenes testing, experiments and brand logistics to understand how you work. I believe that you are already offering a good range of products and it may be dispersive to offer something else. Maybe I would just evaluate portable speakers.

I’d recommend Ultimea products to my friends and family when they’re looking for a budget-friendly upgrade to their home entertainment system. Not everyone wants to spend huge amounts on premium brands, and Ultimea seems to be a great option for people who want solid features like Dolby Atmos, HDMI eARC, and good sound quality without breaking the bank 🤣🤣.

2. What suggestions or ideas do you have for improving the Ultimea community?

It would be great to see more comparison posts and detailed user experiences. Sometimes people get confused between different models, so side-by-side breakdowns, polls, or even setup showcases from members could really help. Also, community activities like small giveaways or fun challenges (for example, sharing your home theater setup or how much volume you can handle 😂😂) would make the space more engaging and offcourse some type of rewards for loyal community fans. And main thing the User Experience of Community page, it should be more engaging, to be honest currently it's looking like Normal blogging site. It should be visually good like pictures on home page. I worked with other communities also where I can feel the product like on homepage moving images, threads with line up (moderated threads only) and it looks like engaging. And positive thing is color engagement is good on community website.

3. Anything else you’d love to see from us?

As an Indian user, I’d love to see Ultimea expand availability in India at fair prices. Right now, it’s difficult to take advantage of this great technology at affordable rates like people in the EU or other markets enjoy 😓😓. If we order from the official site, shipping itself is around $150, and then we have to pay additional customs duties, which almost doubles the final cost. This makes it harder for enthusiasts here to actually try the products, even though the specs are very competitive. If Ultimea can work on better distribution globally (especially in India), I believe many more fans would join the community.

1. Not sure if I'd recommend your equipment right now. Cheap products with less functions than other makers with models of similar price and I don't know if they would last ten years like my Sony systems did. I'm happy to risk my money on something new and interesting but I think I'd need to see it last more than the warranty or improve the app and amp features with things like individual speaker adjustment.

This forum seems adequate and it will grow as people purchase.

A warranty that is a realistic length, individual speaker volume adjustment and functionality of the app improved.

  • Configuration & Tips Room → where users share adjustments and solutions.
  • Quick Support Room → short questions and fast answers between members.
  • Special Event Rooms → for example, when a new product launches, a temporary chat room could open for users to share first impressions live.
  • Social Rooms → like “Movie Night” or “Gaming Night” to share sound experiences while enjoying movies or games.
On top of that, the chat could include a gamification system, rewarding the most active and helpful members with badges, points, or giveaways.

I always recommend my family & friends to get an Ultimea system when their TV speakers just aren't enough or want a more immersive experience. It's the easiest way to fix your sound without spending a ton of money compared to other brands with similar feature sets.

It'd be cool to have a spot on the forum where we can all post EQ settings from the mobile application for things like movies, music & gaming.

Salut UL TEAM EA , ça fait maintenant 1ans et demi que je suis possesseur de matériel de la marque et après des début compliqués avec du matériel pas tout à fait abouti, les choses ont évolué en positif et il y a eu beaucoup d'améliorations au niveau de la qualité audio. J'ai déjà recommandé la marque et produits auprès de mon entourage ainsi que sur différents forums .


Ce forum, j'aimerais qu'il soit a moi, à vous, à tous et que l'on puisse échanger sur notre passion, l'audiovisuel .
L'entraide c'est la base et je crois savoir que je ne suis pas seul à vouloir 1 forum animé par des passionnés.

actually another great thing that can be done is making the grills detachable and separately orderable. While most have white walls, hence why i suggested white it would be more versatile if a customer can take the grille off and spray paint it to their desired colors. Having replacement grills easily orderable will make the stakes lower if they make mistakes

I have one more suggestion. If your team has presence in different regions, you could organize fan meetups to showcase new launches. This would give customers a chance to experience the product firsthand, which helps build confidence in it.

These can be invite-based meetups where people with some tech knowledge are invited. They can then share their experience and recommend Ultimea products to their circle.

Such events would also give more exposure to the community, since attendees are likely to post about the meetup on the forum as well.
