In "Settings" or "About," look carefully for the "Firmware Update" or "Check for Updates" button and manually tap it.
Automatic updates can sometimes be delayed, so manually triggering them is the most effective way to ensure you have the latest version.
If the new firmware still doesn't appear after manually updating, please send your details (including all issues described in this post, your device serial number, current firmware version, and app version) to our technical support team. Once they receive your details, they can verify your device's firmware status and provide a customized solution, such as manually pushing a firmware update.
