Had issues with Ultimea but support is trying to make it right

I had some back and forth with Ultimea customer service after having problems with my Nova S80. It took a couple of weeks to get sorted out and eventually they stepped up about making it right.

Im still waiting to see it all go through. I hope they do. Ill keep you guys posted. They are trying to make things right and I appreciate that.

Not everything is perfect, and sometimes things take longer than we’d like, but it’s clear ULTIMEA wants to do things right and is committed to improving. I’m glad they stepped up to fix it; hopefully it all gets wrapped up soon.

It was really frustrating at first but I have to give credit where credit is due. Obviously there will always be bugs with things but they always handled everything very professional. I appreciate that and will keep you posted
