A PEQ would be a great option because it allows very precise adjustments on each channel, helping to correct resonances and adapt the sound to the room.
The only challenge is that it requires some knowledge to use properly, and in many cases even a measurement microphone to get the best results. Still, having 8–10 filters per channel would offer a much higher level of customization compared to the basic EQs usually found in soundbars.
They’re all good ideas.
