Soundbar No sound from Poseidon D60 connected to HDMI ARC

Hi, hoping you can help with this. Yesterday I had to knock the power off at home to replace a damaged socket and on restoring power my D60 no longer outputs sound from TV and also fails to power up automatically when TV switched on. I have checked all TV settings, reset soundbar and even updated software to version 143 from original 142, but no joy. Powering on D60 it just shows eARC on display. Had been working fine up to yesterday connected to HDMI ARC output of LG TV which does not have an eARC output. Soundbar works fine on Bluetooth. At a bit of a loss now, so hoping you may be able to help.

Bonjour, j'espère que vous pourrez m'aider. Hier, j'ai dû couper le courant chez moi pour remplacer une prise endommagée. En rétablissant le courant, mon D60 n'émet plus de son depuis la télévision et ne s'allume plus automatiquement à l'allumage. J'ai vérifié tous les paramètres de la télévision, réinitialisé la barre de son et même mis à jour le logiciel vers la version 143 (de la 142 d'origine), mais sans succès. À l'allumage du D60, seul le message eARC s'affiche. Jusqu'à hier, tout fonctionnait correctement, connecté à la sortie HDMI ARC d'un téléviseur LG qui n'en possède pas. La barre de son fonctionne parfaitement en Bluetooth. Je suis un peu perdu, j'espère que vous pourrez m'aider.

Hi, thanks for the replies Leongino and Kito. I have tried a reset on the soundbar, swapped HDMI cables and checked TV settings but still same problem. Display shows eARC and does not switch to ARC which it did previously when working. I tried another D60 soundbar which I had in the attic and that doesn't work now either so I'm beginning to suspect TV might not be outputting signal correctly. Will post if I find a solution.

Bonjour, merci pour vos réponses, Leongino et Kito. J'ai essayé de réinitialiser la barre de son, de changer les câbles HDMI et de vérifier les paramètres du téléviseur, mais le problème persiste. L'écran affiche eARC et ne passe pas en ARC comme il le faisait auparavant. J'ai essayé une autre barre de son D60 que j'avais au grenier, mais elle ne fonctionne plus non plus. Je commence donc à soupçonner que le téléviseur ne restitue pas correctement le signal. Je publierai une solution si je trouve une solution.

I'll try that, it would at least rule out a soundbar problem.

Je vais essayer ça, ça éliminerait au moins un problème de barre de son.

Effectivement, le problème c'est soit le D60 soit la télévision. Y'a plus qu'à faire les essais

Have connected to another TV and sound ok. Seems like my TV is the problem. Have since seen many posts online about Simplink/CEC failing on LG TV's, will have to try and find a workaround. Many thanks to all who took the time to help, it was most appreciated.

J'ai depuis vu de nombreux articles en ligne concernant les problèmes de Simplink/CEC sur les téléviseurs LG ; je vais devoir trouver une solution. Un grand merci à tous ceux qui ont pris le temps de m'aider ; votre aide a été très appréciée.

Hi, tried a fix suggested for LG CEC problems by unplugging TV for a time and disconnecting all HDMI leads. On plugging back in and reconnecting leads,
soundbar now working normally again. Apparently unplugging TV and letting capacitors drain completely resets CEC. Happy days.
