I got the Poseidon D80Boom set up last week and had some friends over for a movie night.
Wow. This thing seriously delivers. The sub is huge, the four surround speakers fill the room, and the soundbar ties it all together. Total surround sound vibe—like being in a real cinema.
What I love most is that it’s not just loud—it’s clear. Dialogue was crisp, music was well balanced, and explosions didn’t just make noise—they had weight. Also, the setup was surprisingly easy for such a big system. The Bluetooth and HDMI ARC connection made things smooth, and the included remote lets me adjust levels without leaving the couch.

Totally agree with you. I also own the Poseidon D80 Boom, and I can say the experience is on another level. What surprised me the most is how the subwoofer can be felt physically—you don’t just hear it, the whole room vibrates. The rear speakers make the effects travel from one side of the room to the other, and that completely changes how you experience a movie.

I also agree about the dialogue: even in heavy action scenes, everything is perfectly clear without constantly turning the volume up and down. And the best part is you don’t need to be an expert to set it up—it was running within minutes.

In short, the D80 Boom doesn’t just sound loud, it sounds immersive and crystal clear, like being in a real cinema. Since I got it, watching movies and concerts at home feels totally different.

J'ai installé le Poseidon D80Boom la semaine dernière et j'ai invité des amis pour une soirée cinéma.
Waouh ! Ce truc tient vraiment ses promesses. Le caisson de basses est énorme, les quatre enceintes surround remplissent la pièce et la barre de son assure l'harmonie. Ambiance surround absolue, comme au cinéma.
Ce que j'apprécie le plus, c'est que le son n'est pas seulement puissant, il est clair . Les dialogues étaient clairs, la musique bien équilibrée, et les explosions ne faisaient pas que du bruit : elles avaient du poids. De plus, l'installation était étonnamment facile pour un système aussi imposant. La connexion Bluetooth et HDMI ARC a rendu les choses fluides, et la télécommande incluse m'a permis de régler les niveaux sans quitter mon canapé.
Je regarde plus de films que jamais depuis que je l'ai installé. Des films de science-fiction avec des effets spéciaux aux blockbusters aux bandes sonores tonitruantes, tout sonne incroyablement bien.
Si vous envisagez d'améliorer votre système audio domestique, ce système est fait pour vous. Il ne se limite pas au son, il vous offre une expérience complète. Je suis vraiment impressionné par le travail d'Ultimea.

Salut @Recki , quelle superbe description, tu as écrit quasiment tout ce que j'ai, de mon côté avec le D80 Boom, constaté, apprécié. Les effets sonores, surrounds, très immersifs. A te lire, je me souviens lors de mon déballage, de l'enthousiasme que j'éprouvais lors des raccordements, rapide et du premier test. Houlaaa....c'était wow, et ça l'est encore et toujours.
je te souhaite de bonnes séances cinéma maison avec tes proches.
